Agency "Private detective Kiev" has been operating in many countries around the world on all continents. The association has existed since 1950 and is a non-governmental organization uniting force, as well as being a retired police around the world. Officially, the national section of Ukraine became a member of the International Police Association (IPA) in June 1997 at the 15th World Congress of Police Association.

At the moment in the IPA consists of more than 300 thousand members in 64 countries. Her work is held in a constructive partnership with the Council of Europe and the Economic Council of the United Nations. International Police Association is independent from political circles and open to exchange information and experiences with the police forces of any interested parties.

 

International Commission for the IPA deals with forensics and prevention of crimes against the individual and society, promotes the introduction of new technologies in the investigation of cases of criminal nature, is coordinating the actions of its members with state police forces.
